Job Purpose:

Our client, a reputable and fast-growing real estate company, is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer to lead and execute digital campaigns and brand visuals that drive traffic, engagement, and leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's online presence, designing marketing materials, and executing digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with design creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) and monitor performance analytics.
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging content in line with marketing goals and real estate trends.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, engagement metrics, and lead generation performance.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and manage newsletters and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with ongoing property listings and promotions.

Graphic Design:

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital and print, including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Ensure consistency of visual branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Edit video content for social media and promotional use where necessary.
  • Create layouts for marketing campaigns and real estate project launches.
  • Support the team with any internal or external design requirements.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate, agency, or property marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms (Mailchimp/Zoho), and SEO basics.
  • Experience running and managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Ability to write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice per platform.
  • Strong visual storytelling and design layout skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design/marketing projects simultaneously.
  • A creative, analytical, and self-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic photography/videography skills are an added advantage.
