We are seekinga Credit control Manager to lead our credit and collections operations, driveperformance, and enhance departmental efficiency. ResponsibilitiesDrive improvements in collection strategies and operational efficiency.Oversee end -to -end collection operations, including the collections call center.Support recruitment, training, and day -to -day management of the team.Review credit notes, refunds, and ensure adherence to company policies.Prepare and forecast collection performance reports to support business decisions.Track team productivity and manage performance -related matters. Implement initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and collection performance.Provide regular updates and insights to senior managementCollaborate effectively with other departments.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.Set and monitor targets and productivity of collections agents.Motivate, coach, and guide team members to achieve targets   RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.5 -7 years of experience as a Collections Manager,preferably in B2B.Strong analytical skills with advanced Excelknowledge.Proven leadership, communication, and negotiationskills.Organized,solution -oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
