Role Description

Retizen is seeking a motivated and versatile General Intern to join our team. Retizen empowers young people and women to become leaders and agents of positive change.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience supporting a variety of projects and initiatives, providing a diverse skill development opportunity.

What You'll Do:

  1. Admin Support:

  2. Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and documents

  3. Maintain office operations and vendor relations
  4. Handle financial paperwork and filing systems

2.Program & Training:

  • Lead civic and leadership training for youth
  • Support field events and community initiatives

  • Represent Retizen with passion and professionalism

  • Data & Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze field data across all pillars

  • Generate accurate and timely reports
  • Ensure accuracy in databases and software

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
  • 1–2 years of admin + field experience
  • Passion for youth empowerment
  • Proficiency in M
    icrosoft Office Suite
    and strong multitasking skills
  • Experience training youth groups
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
