Contract 2 Years initially renewable

A leading UPS engineering company in Nairobi is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who has a proven track record of working with European UPS systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to market and sell UPS systems to a diverse range of clients, lead a team for servicing, testing, and commissioning and handle all after-sales queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell European Brand UPS systems to various Industries
  • Handle a team for servicing, testing, and commissioning engineers
  • Handle after-sales queries
  • Personally handle projects from start to finish
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience with European UPS systems
  • A degree/diploma in electrical/electronic engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Significant experience in the field of UPS systems and their maintenance, installation and
  • commissioning.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems and the ability to troubleshoot
  • problems in UPS systems and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity of industry standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential
  • Team management skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers, and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
