Experience Required:
1–2 years in a financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements.
  • Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.
  • Collect, analyse, and examine records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare audit work papers and draft audit findings.
  • Support the development of audit programs and testing procedures.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
  • Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA-4
  • 1–2 years of audit experience, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with audit software is a plus.
