Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Volunteer IT Specialist. The Volunteer IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering the network, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service support. This role requires collaboration with the team to ensure seamless IT operations and security measures are in place.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration, Network Security, and Information Technology skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting IT issues
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of the non-profit sector is a plus
