Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Juja. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring expenditures, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and preparing tax returns. The Accountant will also be responsible for developing financial strategies and providing financial analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial record keeping, Financial statement preparation, and Auditing
• Knowledge of Tax returns and Payroll management
• Proficiency in Financial analysis, Financial forecasting, and Budgeting
• Strong understanding of Financial compliance and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
• Experience in the agribusiness industry is a plus
