Role Description

This is a volunteer, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As the Head of Creator Partnerships, you will lead efforts to identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with content creators, artists, and collaborators. Your responsibilities will include fostering strategic partnerships, analyzing opportunities for growth, managing creator collaborations, and ensuring cohesive communication between creators and internal teams. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Mila Hub by empowering creators to share impactful stories.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Relationship Management and cultivating lasting Partnerships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate opportunities effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience building and managing Strategic Partnerships with diverse networks
  • Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment and lead initiatives effectively
  • Passion for storytelling, digital media, and empowering creators
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Communication, Marketing, or related field is a plus
