We are currently seeking to fill the position of Reverse Osmosis (R.O) Plant Operator. The ideal candidate will be technically competent, dependable, and proactive, with a strong commitment to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the R.O plant.The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following competencies:A keen attention to detail, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.Practical, hands -on experience in plumbing, with the ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance.Strong problem -solving skills, with the ability to identify quickly and resolve technical issues.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective coordination with team members.A sound understanding of water analysis procedures, pump operations, and regeneration processes.Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of R.O water treatment plants.Requirements Qualifications and Experience:A Diploma or Certificate in Analytical Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Water Technology, or a closely related field.A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining R.O water treatment systems.Practical experience in plumbing and mechanical repairs will be considered an added advantage.Familiarity with water testing procedures and safe handling of treatment chemicals is required.Prior experience in the Fast -Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector will be an added advantage.
