Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Security Guard located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets through regular patrols, monitoring premises, and responding promptly to alarms or incidents. The role includes ensuring compliance with access control protocols, providing excellent customer service, and assisting visitors when necessary. Additional tasks may include completing incident reports and collaborating with law enforcement or emergency services as required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work effectively within a team or with the public
• Customer Service skills to support clear communication and provide assistance to clients and visitors
• Basic understanding of operating security systems and surveillance equipment is an asset
• Physical fitness and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Valid security clearance certification is preferred
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations
