Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor with riding experience, located in Nairobi. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team, ensuring the safety and security of property and personnel. Day-to-day tasks include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, supervising security staff, and responding to incidents and emergencies. The role requires excellent coordination, reporting, and communication with both the security team and company management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in security management, patrolling, and monitoring surveillance equipment
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
  • Riding skills with a valid riding license
  • Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations
  • Experience in facilities management or similar fields is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management is advantageous
