Transformers Mathare is seeking an experienced and passionate Volunteer Resource Mobilisation & Partnerships Officer — someone who wants to give back and help us expand our outreach to women, youth, people with disabilities, children, and the elderly in our community.
As we scale our programs and deepen our community engagement, we need a committed volunteer to help us secure grants, grow partnerships, and mobilize resources within set targets.
Key Responsibilities.
Identify and secure grants, donor funding, and new partnership opportunities.
Lead resource mobilisation efforts and meet fundraising targets.
Develop strong proposals, concept notes, and partnership pitches.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, CSR partners, and institutions.
Strengthen our outreach programs — including youth skills training, digital literacy, mentorship, elderly support, disability inclusion, and community engagement initiatives.
This is an unpaid volunteer role, ideal for someone who wants to use their skills to create meaningful grassroots impact.
