- Utilize personal success stories and localized testimonials to build credibility and trust.
Objection Handling & Trust Building:
- Address common objections related to digital literacy, cost, security, and complexity with patience, empathy, and practical solutions.
- Build strong rapport and trust with potential merchants through consistent follow-up, clear communication, and reliable information.
Onboarding & Activation Facilitation:
- Guide potential merchants through the Bumpa sign-up/subscription process using their unique referral link/code.
- Provide hands-on assistance with initial setup steps, such as setting up their online store, adding initial products, or integrating payment gateways, to ensure successful activation.
- Encourage and monitor initial product usage to ensure the merchant experiences early success with Bumpa.
Peer-to-Peer Support & Feedback Loop:
- Act as a primary point of contact for basic queries and troubleshooting for newly onboarded merchants, escalating complex issues to Bumpa's dedicated support channels.
- Gather feedback from merchants regarding product features, user experience, and market needs, relaying this valuable information to the Bumpa team for continuous improvement.
Brand Advocacy & Community Engagement:
- Act as a credible local brand ambassador for Bumpa, sharing marketing messages, promotions, and success stories within their networks.
- Participate in local business groups, market associations, and online communities to promote Bumpa and foster a supportive ecosystem for MSMEs.
