Join Next Level Transformation, a business strategy firm helping professionals succeed. We're launching and seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Closer. If you excel at sales and closing deals, this role is for you.

The Sales Closer drives revenue by converting leads into customers. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build client relationships. You'll identify client needs, present our business strategy solutions, and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion:
    Engage marketing- and appointment-generated leads, assess their needs, and present tailored business strategy solutions.
  • Sales Process Management:
    Oversee the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing—while ensuring a smooth, positive client experience.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Maintain in-depth knowledge of our strategy offers and clearly communicate their value.
  • Client Relationships:
    Build strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Performance Targets:
    Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and support overall company revenue growth.
  • Reporting:
    Accurately log sales activities and client interactions in the CRM and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    At least 3 years in sales, ideally in e-learning, recruitment, or related fields.
  • Sales Skills:
    Proven success in closing deals and meeting targets.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Adaptability:
    Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Remote Work:
    Prior remote work experience with strong self-discipline.
