Creative & Brand Designer

We're looking for a 
Creative & Brand Designer

— a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life across multiple media.

You will shape how our brands and clients show up to the world: visually, emotionally, and consistently.

This role combines design thinking, creative execution, and cross-media versatility. From websites and digital campaigns to pitch decks, social media visuals, and video snippets — you'll be responsible for translating strategy and emotion into design that connects.

You'll work closely with marketing and automation specialists to produce cohesive, high-impact creative assets that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Design Systems

• Develop, refine, and maintain cohesive brand systems (logos, typography, color palettes, iconography).
• Create and manage design templates for presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across internal and client projects.

Digital & Print Design

• Design digital campaign materials including ads, banners, email visuals, and landing page graphics.
• Produce print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and merchandise when needed.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling stories that align with strategic messaging.

Web & Social Media Creative

• Collaborate on website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements for low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Zoho Sites, WordPress).
• Design and schedule social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ensure designs are optimized for each channel and device, balancing visual impact with performance.

Multimedia & Motion

• Create short videos, reels, or motion graphics for social campaigns and presentations.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure a unified visual language.
• Maintain a media library of reusable visual assets.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

• Work with marketing and leadership teams to translate business goals into design concepts.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Uphold creative quality and ensure every asset reflects the intended brand story.

Requirements

Core Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or multimedia design, preferably within agency, tech, or consulting environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and motion design.
• Excellent visual sense with strong layout, color, and typography skills.
• Understanding of branding principles, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Technical Exposure

• Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalents (Figma, Canva).
• Familiarity with low-code web design tools (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Zoho Sites).
• Video editing and basic motion design capabilities.
• Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
