Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate at 10X System E-commerce. The role is based in Nakuru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include generating and managing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will actively promote products, create sales strategies, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Marketing, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools, including E-commerce platforms and Sales Software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Adaptability to hybrid work settings and willingness to learn about new products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
