Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Team leader will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction, Recruiting, Training and Retention The role involves managing sales processes, conducting training sessions for new Agents, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the Regional Sales manager and the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and skills
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions
  • Sales Management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
