How you'll role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware FPA Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across the organization. The FPA Analyst will partner with business units to provide actionable insights and ensure robust financial modeling to drive strategic growth in a high-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and who is eager to shape how we measure success, allocate resources, and pursue new opportunities.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models and driver-based forecasts to support operational and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the Finance Lead and management team
- Develop scenario modeling to support business planning and strategic decision-making
- Monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support management reporting and prepare variance analysis for leadership review
- Assist in preparing investor reporting, fundraising models, and business cases as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans align with operational goals
- Drive process improvements and automation of reporting and analysis
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in FPA, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills; familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
