In your role as (Senior) Business Process Consultant Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/x), you will be part of our dynamically growing Microsoft team, independently supporting a fixed customer base - mainly from the automotive, manufacturing, construction supplier, retail or utilities sectors - and working with them to develop customised, future-oriented solutions. As a strategic consultant, you will support your customers throughout the entire project cycle: from requirements analysis and conceptualisation to implementation and successful rollout. You will use state-of-the-art technologies to sustainably optimise the sales, marketing and service processes of our international customers. You will take responsibility for (sub)projects, develop creative ideas as part of a team and work with us to drive the digital transformation forward.

Your profile:
  • Very good knowledge of business process analysis and design
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is desirable
  • Basic understanding of interfaces, data models and system integration
  • Knowledge of common modelling methods (e.g. BPMN, EPK, UML). BPMN, EPK, UML)
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma or Value Stream Mapping (depending on the industry)
  • A structured, goal-oriented way of working, coupled with initiative and organisational skills
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • High level of commitment, ability to work in a team and a confident, professional manner
  • Willingness to travel moderately at home and abroad
  • Analytical skills and a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
