COMPANY INFORMATION         Our client is a well -established infrastructurecompany that has recently expanded its operations from a focus on roadconstruction to broader real estate and commercial building projects. As thecompany diversifies, it seeks to build strong, sustainable systems that supportlong -term growth and professionalize operations across its business lines. ROLE PURPOSE            The Senior Finance Manager will provide strategicleadership and oversight across all finance functions of the business. Thisindividual will be instrumental in aligning financial management practices withthe company's evolving business model, supporting efficiency, transparency, andinformed decision -making across the organisation. The role requires a highlevel of trust, the ability to navigate and understand multiple businessstreams, and the interpersonal skills to lead teams and foster cross -functionalcollaboration. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES    · Lead theoverall finance function of the company, including budgeting, financialreporting, cash flow management, forecasting, compliance, and auditcoordination.· Providestrategic financial advice to the leadership team, supporting business planningand investment decisions.· Overseefinancial operations across the company's construction and real estatedivisions, developing a deep understanding of each unit's drivers, risks, andopportunities.· Maintain robustinternal controls and financial systems that support accuracy, compliance, andtimely reporting.· Guide thecompany's financial strategy in line with its shift from traditional roadworksto diversified construction and property development.· Lead and developthe finance team, creating a collaborative, accountable, and high -performanceculture.· Maintainrelationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.· Work closelywith heads of department to provide financial insight that supports operations,procurement, project management, and growth initiatives.· Monitor andmanage company -wide financial risk and implement mitigation strategies.· Support thepreparation of board reports and investor presentations where necessary.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE · Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.· CPA -K or ACCAqualification is required.· A Master'sdegree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline is an addedadvantage.· At least 10years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a minimum of 5 years ina senior leadership position.· Experienceworking in construction, real estate, or similarly complex project -basedindustries is highly desirable.· Demonstratedexperience overseeing multi -entity or diversified business operations.
