JOB TITLE: SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVEAbout This Job:Q -SourcingLimited trading as Q -Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firmoperating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya,Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf ofour client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to work in Nairobi, KenyaJob SummaryThe person is responsible for various tasks related to financialtransactions, record keeping and financial reporting within the organization.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Document financialtransactions by entering account information.· Coordinatewith banks, manage daily transactions, cheque deposits, posting of entries andbook keeping.· Recommendsfinancial actions by analyzing accounting options.· Substantiatesfinancial transactions by auditing documents.· Review allaccounting entries and ensure compliance with IFRS.· Preparationof monthly WHT, VAT schedule.· Finalizationof bank reconciliation.· Posting ofmonthly provision entries.· Review oftrial balance on monthly basis and ensure no pending entries.· Maintainaccounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.· Reconcilefinancial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.· Securefinancial information by completing data base backups.· Prepare paymentsby verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.· Answeraccounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accountingpolicy and regulations.· Maintaincustomer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial informationconfidential.· Accomplishthe results by performing the duty.· Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor of Commerce -Finance· Banking of Microfinance Industry· CPA -K Finalist.· 3 -5 years working experience.· Excellent communicationskills.· Understanding of retailfinance.Interestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
