As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
You will be part of a dynamic HR team dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ideal Profile:The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Soft skills such as adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential.
