Student Services Coordinator – AG German Institute (Nairobi)

AG German Institute is East Africa's largest German language provider, with five schools across Kenya, 90 employees, and over 1,500 students. We work closely with institutional partners in Germany to help our graduates transition into careers in various fields in Germany.

Position:
Full-time, in-person at our Nairobi branch

Working hours:
Monday–Friday (8 hours/day) + Saturday (4 hours)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-internship work experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in learning the transition process to Germany
  • German language knowledge is an advantage but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new students and their guardians into our programs
  • Manage student attendance, payments, and records
  • Coordinate between students, teachers, and administrative departments
  • Organize and support events within and outside the school
