Position Overview:
We are hiring a Professional for the role of Future Sales Leader who is highly ambitious and self-driven with a passion for a career in sales and a hunger for success. Key Qualifications & Skills
Management Graduate from a top-tier global business school (Eg: IIM) is MUST.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT sales experience focused on hunting, acquiring new accounts, and competitive market analysis. Fresh management graduates from premium institutes are encouraged to apply.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales initiatives that align with business goals.
Ambition & Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a competitive environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
High-Impact Sales Execution: Close high-value deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
Market Research and develop GTM strategy: Analyse data and trends to identify new growth opportunities and markets.
Public Sector & Enterprise Sales: Drive business development with large enterprises and public sector clients, understanding their procurement processes and sales cycles.
Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue opportunities.
Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.
Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.
