IMA Hauliers Ltd, a leading transport and logistics company based in Mumias, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare all financial reports and analysis requirements (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).


• Post vouchers and ensure transactions are accurately captured.


• Guarantee accuracy and integrity of financial reports reflecting actual business transactions.


• Administer all tax filings and government reporting procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.


• Maintain general ledgers and journal entries.


• Perform month-end reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.


• Prepare bank reconciliations from online statements.


• Prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements, and yearly company books.


• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.


• CPA-K certification.


• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.


• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.


• Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
