COMPANY INFORMATION        Our client is a construction equipment leasing andmaintenance company supporting infrastructure development projects acrossKenya. The company supplies and services heavy construction machinery used inmajor road, dam, and civil works. With a growing fleet of specialized plant andmachinery, the company is committed to operational efficiency and professionalstandards in its service delivery. ROLE PURPOSE           The Stores Clerk will manage the receipt, storage,and issuance of spare parts, consumables, and tools across multiple operationalsites. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, supportingprocurement coordination, and ensuring that materials are available to meetongoing equipment maintenance and project requirements. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES   · Develop and streamline stores inventory records, filing, and stockmanagement procedures· Track movement of spares and consumables against equipment usage andproject requirements· Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries of spare parts,tools, and consumables while verifying them against purchase orders.· Maintain accurate stock records both manually and within the company'sERP system.· Organize and label items correctly within the stores to facilitate easyidentification and retrieval.· Issue spare parts and materials to mechanics and technicians based onauthorized requisitions.· Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any variances promptly.· Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to monitor stock levels andraise requisitions as required.· Support the management of multiple store locations by maintainingconsistent inventory standards and reporting across all sites.· Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage facilities.· Prepare regular inventory and consumption reports for management review.· Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency andreduce waste or stock losses. KEY COMPETENCIES· Inventory Control andDocumentation· Knowledge of Mechanical Parts· Accuracy and Attention to Detail· Communication and TeamCollaboration· Organization and Time Management RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE· Diploma inSupply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.· Minimum of 2years' experience in store keeping, preferably within a mechanical, transport,or construction environment.· Hands -onexperience managing heavy equipment spare parts.· Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory management or ERP systems.· Strongnumerical and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy.· Ability tomanage inventory across multiple warehouses and project locations.·  Valid driver's license
