The
Coffee Experience Manager
will oversee the creation and delivery of exceptional coffee experiences at Tatu Coffee's Experience Centre. This role is crucial for showcasing the quality of our products and the heritage behind our coffee, ensuring that visitors leave with lasting impressions and a deep connection to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging coffee experiences, including tastings, workshops, and educational programs that highlight Tatu Coffee's unique story and products
  • Lead and train staff in excellence in coffee preparation and customer service to ensure a high-quality experience for all visitors
  • Manage client relations and ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and tailored service that meet their individual needs and preferences
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotional activities, events, and campaigns that drive foot traffic to the Experience Centre
  • Monitor and manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment to ensure consistent quality and availability
  • Gather guest feedback and utilize it to continuously enhance the coffee experience and overall service delivery
  • Collaborate with the farming and production teams to ensure that visitors gain a complete understanding of the farm-to-cup journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related role, specifically in the coffee industry or a premium consumer product environment
  • Exceptional knowledge and passion for coffee, including brewing methods, flavor profiles, and trends in the coffee industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage customers effectively
  • Proficient in managing events and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and use it to enhance service offerings
