JOB TITLE: PEOPLE AND PERFORMANCE MANAGER About This Job:Q -SourcingLimited trading as Q -Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firmoperating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya,Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf ofour client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced People and Performance Manger to work in Nairobi, KenyaJob SummaryThe role focuses on settingup and managing the client's performance management system, supporting seniorleadership and departmental managers to ensure strategic projects run on time,and driving a culture of accountability and results while maintaining peopleengagement and learning.This is a hybrid rolebetween strategic HR and business execution.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Performance ManagementImplemented or managed review systems; familiar with KPIs or balanced scorecards.· Goal Setting & TrackingComfortable with departmental scorecards or project tracking tools.· Program & Project ManagementCoordinated strategic projects ensuring timely delivery.· HR Business PartnershipAdvised business heads on performance or capability building.· Analytical ThinkingInterprets performance data; prepares dashboards or summaries.· Stakeholder ManagementWorked with senior leadership; mature communicator.· Change EnablementRolled out new systems with departmental buy -in.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· 8–12 years of progressive HR or strategyexperience 3–5 years of hands -on exposure to performancemanagement or coordination Proven cross -functional collaboration with seniormanagement Experience implementing systems from scratch Exposure to growth -phase organizations· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, orOrganizational Development MBA / MSc HRM or IHRM–K / CHRP–K certificationpreferred Additional certifications in OKRs, PerformanceManagement, or PMP are advantageous· HR / Performance: BrighterMonday HR, SeamlessHR,Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors Project Tools: Trello, Asana, , ClickUp Data Tools: Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, PowerBIInterestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelowNote:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
