We are seeking to recruit a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to oversee our software development projects, ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the technical team, and nurture strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Manage the daily workload, priorities, and productivity of the technical team.
  • Conduct effective management of relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Facilitate team meetings, project reviews, and post-project evaluations.
  • Work with relevant team members to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields, and in Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects in a fast-paced environment. Practical, hands-on experience in software development is critical.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and other relevant project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in client-facing roles is a strong advantage.
