About our client: Our client is a premier cold chain logistics provider, specializing in the transportation and storage of fresh fish and chicken products. With a strong commitment to transforming the white meat value chain, they deliver reliable, sustainable, and efficient cold storage and transport solutions. Their services ensure the preservation of quality and the timely delivery of perishable goods to clients.

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic Communications and Marketing Officer to drive brand visibility and sales for their fish and chicken products. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies across social media, offline campaigns, guerrilla marketing, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a graphic designer to produce compelling visual content.

Note: This is not a typical 8–5 role. It requires a flexible, agile professional who can thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Service:
○ Drive sales and business development for our client fish and chicken products, focusing on B2C sales.
○ Develop and maintain a sales roster, tracking potential and existing customer interactions.
○ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
○ Manage order processing, client follow-ups, and after-sales services.

2. Social Media Marketing:
○ Create and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms to promote our client products and services.
○ Develop strategies to increase followers, interactions, and sales via social media channels.
○ Produce dynamic content such as videos, infographics, interactive posts, and static content like graphics and product photos.
○ Collaborate with the graphic designer to create high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity.
○ Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions to build brand loyalty.
○ Monitor social media trends and create content to leverage them effectively.

3. Offline Marketing & Guerrilla Marketing:
○ Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including outdoor advertising, print media, and partnerships with local businesses.
○ Implement guerrilla marketing tactics to create buzz around our client products in creative and cost-effective ways.
○ Organize pop-up events, roadshows, and in-person activations to engage with new customers and build awareness.
○ Coordinate promotional giveaways, discounts, and branded experiences to attract and retain customers.
○ Work with the graphic designer to ensure all offline marketing materials are visually compelling and on-brand.

4. Branding & Marketing:
○ Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
○ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, both online and offline.
○ Collaborate with the graphic designer to create visual content, including flyers, posters, digital ads, and product packaging.
○ Coordinate online and offline promotional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and other marketing events.

5. Press Relations & Communication:
○ Develop and send press releases to promote our client initiatives, new products, and achievements.
○ Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and bloggers in the industry.
○ Track media coverage and manage public relations activities.

6. Exhibitions & Trade Fairs:
○ Represent client at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to showcase our products and services.
○ Plan and organize participation in events, ensuring the company's brand is effectively represented.
○ Coordinate the logistics of booth setup, promotional materials, and product demonstrations.
○ Work closely with the graphic designer to produce exhibition materials such as banners, brochures, and digital displays.
○ Engage with potential customers and partners at events to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
○ Follow up with leads from exhibitions and trade fairs to nurture relationships and convert them into business opportunities.

7. Blogging & Content Creation:
○ Write and manage blog posts, articles, and other long-form content on topics relevant to our client products, the white meat value chain, sustainability, and cold chain logistics.
○ Collaborate with the design and content team, including the graphic designer, to create compelling articles, guides, and thought leadership pieces, incorporating visuals that enhance the content.
○ Develop a content calendar and ensure timely publication of blog posts, videos, and other digital content.

8. Promotions & Campaigns:
○ Conceptualize and lead creative promotional campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
○ Create dynamic marketing initiatives to excite and engage the audience, including giveaways, contests, challenges, and seasonal campaigns.
○ Collaborate with the graphic designer to create promotional visuals and assets that align with campaign objectives.
○ Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, adjusting strategies based on performance data.

9. Communication & Reporting:
○ Regularly report on sales progress, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
○ Track marketing and sales metrics, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.

10. Calls Roster Management:
● Develop and manage a call roster for outreach to potential and existing customers, ensuring regular follow-ups and engagement.
● Coordinate telemarketing efforts with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.

11. Collaboration & Coordination:
● Work closely with the design team, including the graphic designer, to ensure high-quality marketing materials and assets.
● Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Assist in other marketing and communication tasks as needed to support the growth of our client.

Requirements Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
● A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in sales, marketing, and communications, ideally within the FMCG, logistics, or food industry sectors.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
● Experience in creating dynamic and static content (videos, blog posts, social media content, etc.).
● Experience with guerrilla marketing, offline promotions, and trade show activations.
● Ability to collaborate with graphic designers to create visually compelling marketing materials.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● A creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and engaging promotions.
● Flexibility and agility to adapt to fast-paced work environments and limited timelines.

Skills:
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing tools.
