Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Kampala. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems to ensure they operate efficiently. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, installing and configuring hardware or software, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaboration with team members and providing excellent customer service will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance, system diagnostics, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience in hardware installation, configuration, and repair
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance with operational standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications or vocational training in technology or mechanical systems
  • Previous experience in a similar technical or maintenance role is advantageous
