Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire milk collection and procurement operations across regions.
  • Develop and monitor milk collection network farmers, village-level collection centers, and chilling centers.
  • Ensure quality standards, timely collection, and minimal milk loss.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers, cooperatives, and agents.
  • Supervise procurement team, transporters, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate with quality, production, and supply chain teams for smooth milk flow.
  • Drive farmer engagement and training programs to improve milk yield and quality.
  • Implement systems for milk testing, weighing, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare reports on collection volume, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
