We are now looking for the
Head of Cybersecurity Strategy & Transformation
who would work directly with the Group CISO to define, drive, and execute the global cybersecurity strategy. As a core member of the CISO leadership team, the role shapes and steers the organization's cybersecurity direction, ensuring that the CISO's vision is translated into cohesive transformation initiatives, measurable results, and strong alignment across all business and technology domains. , this position bridges global strategy and execution — fostering collaboration, efficiency, and shared accountability across cybersecurity and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Definition & Alignment
- Define and evolve the global cybersecurity strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, business priorities, and regulatory expectations, under the leadership of the Group CISO.
- Build and maintain a multi-horizon roadmap that balances short-term delivery, mid-term competitiveness, and long-term resilience.
- Challenge assumptions, shape priorities, and guide strategic decision-making based on risk, business impact, and value creation.
- Shape and align the Cybersecurity Operating Model to position cybersecurity as a global services platform, ensuring coherence, scalability, and relevance to business needs across the enterprise.
- Define a unified cybersecurity vision that integrates technology initiatives, business enablement, and organizational transformation as core pillars of the Group CISO's strategy.
- Drive executive communication and governance activities, including board reporting and strategic committees, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency.
- Transformation & Execution Leadership
- Collaborate closely with the Group CISO and the CISO leadership team to lead the execution of the cybersecurity strategy across all domains and geographies.
- Mobilize, align, and inspire cybersecurity teams around the CISO's strategic direction, fostering shared accountability and a unified execution model.
- Oversee global cybersecurity transformation programs and governance structures to drive agility, coherence, and measurable impact.
- Ensure the global coherence and strategic alignment of all cybersecurity programs including core initiatives such as Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, and Cyber Resilience as well as business-driven projects and organizational transformation initiatives within the cybersecurity function.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Cybersecurity Operating Model, ensuring its efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive the evolution and delivery of cybersecurity as a global services platform, enabling consistent, value-driven, and cost-effective capabilities available to all business entities.
- Promote an integrated, enterprise-wide vision that connects cyber maturity, business value, and operational excellence, while improving efficiency, resource optimization, and cost-effectiveness across the cybersecurity portfolio.
- Define and track strategic KPIs and KRIs to measure maturity, progress, and outcomes, ensuring visibility and alignment across leadership levels.
- Represent the Group CISO in selected internal and external forums to reinforce strategic consistency and executive visibility.
- Governance, Communication & Engagement
- Ensure a consistent governance model for the cybersecurity department and reporting framework across global and regional cybersecurity functions to ensure alignment with the group CISO vision.
- Act as a link and integrator between the Group CISO and the broader cybersecurity community, ensuring that priorities and transformation objectives are clearly communicated and collectively owned.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Data Protection, and business units.
- Cascade the cybersecurity strategy across all levels of the organization and ensure clarity of purpose and accountability.
- Promote a results-oriented, change-driven culture that encourages openness, collaboration, and constructive challenge.
- Communicate effectively on the strategic value and impact of cybersecurity to business and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnerships, Business Enablement & Innovation
- Develop and promote cybersecurity strategies that directly support business objectives, enabling growth, trust, and digital innovation.
- Identify and shape strategic initiatives and partnerships that strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture while creating business value such as secure-by-design services, customer trust programs, or ecosystem collaboration.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-company cybersecurity strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with corporate strategy, digital transformation, product, and business teams to embed cybersecurity as a competitive advantage in products, platforms, and services.
- Represent the organization in industry, innovation, and regulatory forums, influencing the evolution of cybersecurity standards and fostering external visibility and trust.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, strategy, or transformation leadership roles, including exposure to complex, multinational environments.
- Strong background in consulting or strategic advisory, ideally focused on cybersecurity, digital transformation, or enterprise risk.
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Strategy, Management, or Risk.
- Solid understanding of cyber risk management, governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR), and large-scale technology ecosystems.
- Proven ability to supervise and orchestrate a global portfolio of cybersecurity programs, ensuring strategic coherence and alignment across technology, risk, operations, and business.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, evolving, and governing a Cybersecurity Operating Model, ensuring global consistency and efficiency
- Ability to engage with senior executives and aligning global stakeholders around common goals, metrics, and transformation priorities.
