With a team of 17+ staff, we serve offices, schools, clinics, property managers, and construction companies across Mombasa & Kisumu

We're expanding and looking for motivated, commission-based Sales Representatives to help us reach more businesses and contractors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads (commercial properties, offices, schools, gyms, contractors, developers).

• Qualify leads and set meetings with decision-makers.

• Present our cleaning services and send proposals (templates provided).

• Follow up on prospects until meetings or deals are closed.

• Update leads and progress in our CRM

• 10–15% commission on commercial cleaning contracts.

• 10–20% commission on post-construction cleaning jobs.

Ideal Candidate

• Confident, persuasive communicator (phone, email, or in person).

• Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not required).

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Comfortable with commission-only pay structure.
