Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Mombasa. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for selling insurance products, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and establishing strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting and explaining insurance products, processing policy applications, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role also involves participating in sales training, staying updated on product knowledge, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or another related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and present insurance products effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using computer and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
