Your Role

Creative Designer (Brand & Vision)

Conceptualize and execute high-impact visuals that reflect AYA's identity and resonate with property buyers and investors

Design layouts and infographics to clearly communicate property details, floor plans, amenities, and investment highlights

Extend existing brand guidelines into compelling formats for digital campaigns, property presentations, and stakeholder reports

Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, brand activations, and launch events

Graphic Designer (Execution & Production)

Design marketing collateral including property brochures, signage, flyers, email templates, PowerPoint decks, and pitch materials

Produce digital content for listings, social media, and website — including real estate infographics, investment snapshots, and lifestyle branding

Support multimedia campaigns with high-quality visuals that capture the unique appeal of our developments

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure all assets are aligned with brand standards and campaign goals

What You Bring

A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle, or related fields

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, and related tools

Experience creating presentations with animation and dynamic layouts

Strong sense of typography, layout, and spatial design — especially when working with floor plans or site maps

Ability to translate vision into design — from concept through to execution

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and visual storytelling approaches is a plus
