Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate based in Nairobi. The Associate will be involved in executing administrative and operational tasks, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting salon and spa professionals in understanding the brand's unique offerings. The role also includes ensuring product promotions are effectively executed, conducting market research, managing inventory, and contributing to the enhancement of overall customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management and customer interaction
  • Skills in product promotion, market research, and inventory management
  • Knowledge or experience in the hair care industry and luxury brands is an advantage
  • Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to work on-site collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
