Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Associate located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing property leases, handling commercial real estate transactions, and contributing to real estate development projects. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating lease agreements, assisting clients with property acquisition, facilitating real estate transactions, and supporting the development of new properties. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively manage client needs and ensure successful real estate operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing property leases and understanding lease agreements
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions
  • Proficiency in Real Estate Development and related activities
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
