Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Assistant will grow the brand and audience across social, video, podcast, email and SEO channels. They will create Canva‑based content and plan/schedule via Hootsuite for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X while fostering our Reddit community; produce, edit and distribute the podcast, publishing through WordPress and pitching the founders as guests; and upload long‑form and short‑form videos to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions and playlists. The role also drives influencer outreach, sends two monthly Mailchimp newsletters and maintains segmented journeys, updates WordPress content and RankMath metadata, sources royalty‑free images for landing pages and uses AI (CustomGPTs) to keep our tone of voice consistent. What You'll Do: Social Media  ● Create engaging visuals with Canva Pro. ● Schedule and publish posts via Hootsuite. ● Manage presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. ● Build and moderate conversations in our Reddit community.
