Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client services, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing service delivery teams, optimizing service workflows, monitoring service performance metrics, and addressing client needs. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes, guarantee adherence to company policies, and ensure service quality aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Service Delivery, Service Delivery Management, and IT Service Management
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and mentor diverse teams effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience working in property management, procurement, or related industries is an advantage
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
