About the Role

The AI Engineer will be responsible for building and integrating AI capabilities into and client solutions. This includes working with machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), MCP Agents and intelligent automation frameworks. The role blends software engineering excellence with applied AI knowledge.

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and services aligned with our client's AI Strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, and operations) to identify opportunities for AI integration.

  • Develop and implement machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, or computer vision) using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related frameworks.

  • Build APIs and microservices that connect AI models to core software platforms and front-end applications.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference using SQL/NoSQL and cloud-based data services.

  • Optimize model performance, conduct A/B testing, and ensure scalability and accuracy.

  • Maintain high standards of software quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

  • Support the deployment of AI models on cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and manage versioning and updates.

  • Work with the AI Strategy team to translate research outcomes into production-ready features.

  • Document technical processes and provide clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

About You

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#; strong understanding of .NET Core and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular or React).

  • AI/ML Expertise: Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn into enterprise systems.

  • Automation & Orchestration: Familiarity with n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar agent-based workflow tools.

  • Data Management: Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL (CosmosDB preferred), and data pipeline development.

  • Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure ML, or Function Apps) or equivalent.

  • Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

  • UX Collaboration: Familiarity with tools like Figma and understanding of integrating intelligent interfaces.

  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, curiosity, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Desirable: Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
