We are expanding our Content Department to include a strategic role focused on AI discoverability, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and advanced SEO.

This is not a traditional content writing position. It is a strategic content optimization role for someone who can help us dominate AI and search rankings simultaneously.

What You Will Do

As an 
AI Optimized SEO Content Strategist
, you will audit, revamp, and create content that earns top visibility in both AI recommendations and Google search results.

You will blend data analysis, SEO expertise, and AI optimization techniques to help our pages perform better and answer real user queries more intelligently.

You will:

• Identify and prioritize high-impact web pages for AI and SEO optimization.
• Rewrite and optimize category pages, product descriptions, and blog articles to improve engagement, click-through rates, and organic rankings.
• Integrate structured data, FAQ schemas, and AI-friendly formats to support answer engine visibility.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity strategically to enhance research and drafting quality.
• Research competitors and content gaps to inform AEO strategies that align with our team goals.
• Collaborate closely with our Editor and SEO Supervisor to align on keyword clusters, content structure, and intent-based optimization.
• Monitor and report on content performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, organic traffic, and AI surfacing trends.
• Participate in weekly team calls and content strategy discussions on camera.

• Have a strong understanding of AI search and generative answer models such as SGE, Gemini, ChatGPT Browse, and Perplexity.

• Can analyze data from GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools to inform your strategy.
• Are highly organized and can manage multiple content revamp projects at once.
• Enjoy collaboration and thrive in a remote environment with clear processes and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B SEO writing and optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword research, and semantic search.
• Experience structuring content for AI discovery such as SGE, AEO, and voice search.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Ahrefs, or Frase.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into content decisions.
• Full-time availability with exclusive commitment to Best Access Doors.

Performance Metrics

Your success will be measured by:

• Optimization scores and editorial review feedback.
• Improvements in organic rankings and AI answer placements.
• Increases in click-through and conversion rates from optimized pages.
• Punctuality, collaboration, and adherence to deadlines.

Work Environment and Tools

• Stable internet connection of at least 30 mbps and a reliable power backup.
• Quiet workspace, camera, and microphone for weekly calls.
• Windows 10 PC or higher.
