Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Feasibility and Investment Analyst. The analyst will conduct market and feasibility studies, perform detailed financial modeling, and provide strategic investment insights. Responsibilities also include evaluating portfolio performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing reports to aid in data-driven decision-making for real estate investments.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Investments, Portfolio Management, and evaluating real estate opportunities.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid foundation in Finance and Financial Modeling for feasibility analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of market research and report preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the East African real estate market is a plus.
