Actriv Kenya Limited a forward-thinking, AI-powered BPO company is looking for a Product Development & Business Development Officer to help shape the future of outsourcing in Africa.
In this hybrid role, you'll lead the development of new BPO service offerings, drive business growth, and build strategic partnerships across the continent. You'll turn ideas into market-ready products and relationships into measurable growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product or business development, ideally in BPO, consulting, tech, or healthcare sectors. -
- Proven success in launching new service offerings and closing high-value deals.
- Experience with CRM systems, proposal writing, and market analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation, or digital transformation processes is an advantage.
Work Conditions & Compensation
- Based in Nairobi, with client-facing responsibilities and occasional travel.
- Independent Contractor engagement model.
- Compensation: **Base Retainer + Performance-Based Commission.
