The Opportunity

As the Founding CTO, you will shape Wappi's technical architecture and backend infrastructure. You'll lead the decision-making for the tech stack , Supabase, CI/CD pipelines), design APIs, and set the foundation for scalability.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and implementation of Wappi's backend and API architecture.

Make key technical decisions on stack, hosting, and security.

Work closely with frontend to ensure smooth API integration.

Build scalable systems to support growing user base and future monetization.

Mentor early engineering hires and set coding standards.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with preferred) or similar backend frameworks.

Expertise in designing REST APIs and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and deployment pipelines.

Strong architectural skills and a passion for developer tooling.

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership.
