The role is responsible for the coordination,administration, and operational execution of recruitment processes—includingemployment agreement preparation, interview logistics, candidate communication,and Workday system management. This is an excellent opportunity for anearly -career HR professional seeking to build a strong foundation in TalentAcquisition and HR operations within a multinational environment.Roles& Responsibilities:Serve as the primary handover point from the Talent Acquisition team to manage employment agreements for internal and external hires on Workday, in collaboration with TA and Total Rewards teams.Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and travel reimbursement processes.Post job vacancies across internal and external channels and maintain up -to -date requisition information.Oversee internal recruitment processes where no formal assessment is required (e.g., transfers and in -role promotions).Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams across EMEA to ensure consistent and efficient recruitment operations.Develop collaborative working relationships with Total Rewards and HR partners to support seamless hiring activities.Ensure accurate and compliant administration and documentation of recruitment processes.Maintain data integrity and housekeeping within Workday, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, compliance, and process adherence. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; HR certification is anadded advantage.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively withindeadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem -solving and issue resolution skills.
