We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist
 to handle candidate sourcing and lead conversion for our overseas recruitment operations.

Your key responsibility will be to 
identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals
, and to respond to enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

You will present our company professionally, build trust with potential candidates, explain the recruitment and commission process, and ensure all necessary documents are collected.

This role does 
not
 involve candidate screening—your focus will be on sourcing, engagement, and managing the documentation flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source suitable candidates through 
    LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms
    .
  • Respond promptly to enquiries received via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, job boards, and other channels.
  • Convert leads into applicants by providing clear, accurate information about available opportunities.
  • Present the company professionally and build trust with candidates regarding the commission-based placement process.
  • Follow up with candidates to collect required documents, certificates, passport copies, and other details.
  • Maintain organized records of sourced candidates, enquiries, and lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure candidates progress smoothly through the recruitment stages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in talent sourcing, candidate handling, and managing high-volume enquiries.
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates using 
    LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and online platforms
    .
  • Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and convert leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication and trust-building skills.
  • Experience in overseas recruitment (GCC/Gulf) is an advantage.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
