About Kasi Insight

Kasi Insight is Africa's leading decision intelligence company. Our mission is to close Africa's data gap and empower a new generation of leaders with intelligence that drives inclusive growth.

About the Kasi Internship Program

The Kasi Internship Program is a competitive 12–18 month rotational program designed to source, nurture, and prepare the next generation of Africa's decision intelligence leaders.

Interns will gain hands-on experience across Kasi's key business functions — data operations, research and insights, business development, and product innovation — while working on live projects that shape how companies and governments understand African markets.

The program blends training, mentorship, and real-world experience, providing a clear pathway to full-time employment at Kasi or with our partners.

During the program, Interns will:

Participate in rotational assignments across departments such as:

  • Data Collection & Quality Assurance

  • Business Development & Partnerships
  • Insights & Storytelling
  • Product and Technology

Support ongoing research projects by analyzing survey data, producing dashboards, and summarizing key insights for clients.

Contribute to thought-leadership reports, briefs, and presentations for senior decision-makers.

Assist in developing new indices, reports, or tools using Kasi's proprietary datasets.

Support outreach, client management, and marketing efforts through data-driven storytelling.

Work on projects addressing a real-world challenge (e.g., building a market tracker, improving data quality workflows, or developing new insights products).

Collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
