This role will involve supporting our clients with flight bookings, itinerary preparation, fare quotations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering seamless travel experiences to both local and international travelers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handling reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds

* Providing accurate fare quotations

* Offering excellent customer service to walk-in and online clients

* Coordinating with airline partners on behalf of clients

* Maintaining accurate records and reports

**Requirements**

* Experience in ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
