 PROFILE INTRODUCTION:       Ourclient a tier -1 Bank is seeking a skilled Card Engineer to join theirdynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing andimplementing cutting -edge solutions in card payment technologies to support thebank's strategic objectives. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:    Provideexpertise in card payment technologies to design scalable, secure, andhigh -quality solutions.Collaboratewith Enterprise Architects to analyze product requirements and design best -fitarchitectures in line with organizational policies and industry standards.Identifyand implement innovative card payment solutions to support issuing, acquiring,and payment processing needs.Lead agileproject teams to ensure timely delivery of high -quality solutions and provideend -to -end lifecycle support.Managecertifications, including host certifications, white plastic certifications,digital wallets, and terminal certifications, as mandated by payment schemes.Ensurecompliance with periodic updates and mandates from payment schemes such asVisa, MasterCard, UPI, and JCB.Collaboratewith Technology Risk and Security teams to ensure adherence to securitypolicies and standards.Evaluateand recommend enhancements to existing technologies and products to meetevolving business needs.Workclosely with vendor partners to integrate development activities within projecttimelines.  Requirements Bachelor'sdegree in a business ortechnology -related field.Minimum of 5years managing card systems (experience with Transware is anadded advantage).At least 5years of experience in Banking Operations.Provenability to work in a fast -paced, agile environment.Strongcommunication and collaboration skills.Expertisein card payment technologies, certifications, and solutions.
